Elizabeth's ancestor was Pieter quackenbosch who came fro Oestgeest near Leiden Holland about the year 1660 with his wife Maritje and their infant son Reynier. He owned a brick yard. Jacob married Lysbet De La Grange, daughter of Gillis De La Grange and Jannetje Adrians Molenaar, on 11 Jul 1724 in Schenectady, Albany, New York. (Lysbet De La Grange was born on 6 Oct 1695 in Albany, Albany County, New York and died on 10 May 1788 in Albany County, New York.) |
