• Immigration, 1892.

• Property, 1917. Bill farmed the family property after John's death.

• Property, 1918. ⁶⁵¹ George took over the farm when Bill got married and moved to Loveland. George farmed the land for two years.

• Property, 1920. ⁶⁵¹ John returned from Nebraska and took over the management of the estate.

• Property, 1928. ⁶⁵¹ It was decided among the heirs to terminate their interests in the estate.

• Moved, 1916, Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado. Katarina, Leta and Pauline moved to 118 W. Olive Street in Fort Collins.

• Moved, 1920. ⁶⁵¹ In the spring of 1920 the house on Olive Street was sold. Katarina and her daughters had been renting the home. Katarina then purchased the home at 304 e. Myrtle Street where they lived until Katarina married John Greenwalt Sr.

• Moved, Nov 1920. Moved to John Greenwalt's home at 419 Mathews Street after their marriage.

• Family Origin. A single household in Russia consisted of 25 to 30 people. Married sons and their families continued to live at home. Katherine smilingly would say this was reason enough to marry an only son.

Katarina married John (Johannes) Hoff Sr., son of Heinrich Hoff and Anna Margaretha Sell, in 1879 in Frank, Saratov, Russia. (John (Johannes) Hoff Sr. was born on 7 Mar 1860 in Frank, Saratov, Russia ⁶⁵¹ and died on 20 Sep 1915 in Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado.)
